The Running Refugees will once again join forces with Hanan Refugee Relief group for the Lake Front Marathon, Half, and 5k on Sunday October 1, 2023. This race will feature the most scenic views of Milwaukee’s skyline and its natural beauty. All participants joining the Running Refugees will raise funds for the first ever at Home Dialysis Clinic in Ramallah Palestine. There is a $300 minimum fundraising effort for each participant with a team goal of $25,000. Please note you must register at www.milwaukeelakefrontmarathon.org in order to join our team. 

Here are the steps to follow

*Register at https://milwaukeelakefrontmarathon.org for either the 5k run (3.1 miles), half marathon (13.1 Miles), or the marathon (26.2 Miles)

*Sign up to join the Running Refugees by creating a fundraiser page on our site www.runningrefugees.com

*Once you are registered for the race and created a fundraiser page you will be added to our Lake Front Marathon WhatsApp group where all communication will take place leading up to the race.
